About this playlist
Created in 1992, the Governor General's Performing Arts Awards honour the best in Canadian talent. Each year, awards are presented for Lifetime Artistic Achievement in theatre, dance, classical music, popular music, film, radio and television broadcasting.
Proud to be associated with this event, for the past 3 years the NFB has produced short films to commemorate the winners. These films are screened at the awards ceremonies.
